Eligibility
Every affiliate and his family members are eligible to enroll our medical plan, simply by submitting an application form and proof of insurability, dully filled out and signed to our company.
Children of the affiliate who are 19 years old can aptly apply for insurance of their own. Non-eligible people are those who are hospitalized, handicapped or having health impairments on the day the policy becomes active. |

Aliens residing in Panama, who seek quality medical insurance to respond to their health needs, are eligible as well.
Any false statement made, fraudulent or mistaken, any omission of information registered in the application or in the proof of insurability submitted by the affiliate, spouse or child that may have influenced or otherwise altered the conditions of the contract, the company will exercise its right to deny any claim.
This automatically will terminate the cover of the policy on the
day the faulty issue has taken place, without holding any further liability against our company, as per the law. When the case turns out to be the main affiliate, the coverage will end for everyone under his group, from the moment the company
acknowledges the issue, without any further legal liability, as
per the law.
