Coverage

1) Ambulatory and hospitalizing emergencies (immediately). MS
Chriqui covers 70% and affiliate 30% of the total expenses.
2) Medical Appointments (immediately): Each affiliate is entitled
to 12 medical appointments per year. Affiliate covers $7.00 on
Specialized Medicine.
3) Laboratory (after 30 days enrollment):
MS Chiriqui reimburses 70%.
4) X-rays: (after 60 days enrollment) MS Chiriqui reimburses 70%.

5) Special Medical Procedures (after 6th month enrollment): MS Chiriqui reimburses 50%.
6) Elective Hospitalization (after a full year enrollment): MS Chiriqui covers 70% and the affiliate 30% of all medical expenses.
7) Maternity (after a full year enrollment): This service is provided by Hospital Chiriqui
Obstetrical plan and MS Chiriqui covers 70% and the affiliate 30% of the total medical expenses.
8) Preventive Medicine: MS Chiriqui covers 50% of Vaccines, Annual Control, Pap Smear, Annual Mammogram, Annual Prosthetic Antigen Test, Bone Density.
